Dedham Transcript: Three major auto insurers have reached agreements with Attorney General Martha Coakley to properly report customers’ successful appeals of at-fault accident rulings to a national database.  The companies – Liberty Mutual, Plymouth Rock Assurance and MetLife’s Metropolitan Property & Casualty division – collectively agreed to pay the state about $100,000 to settle Coakley’s allegations. They also agreed to reimburse former customers for any excess insurance premiums paid as a result of the insurers’ failed reporting.
